Located less than 50 meters away from Agios Fokas sandy beach, well-known for its crystal-clear shallow waters as well as its nearby to our apartment beachbars and restaurants! Our home exceeds 65 sq.m, featuring a cozy bedroom, a luminous dining area, and a distinct living room with a sofa-bed for two. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a modern bathroom. What’s more, there are two separate and uniquely elegant verandas of 30 sq.m each, which could not be omitted. Additionally, there is plenty of private parking space available for you.
